Big Daddy Knox

This place is horrible. They see their clientele as a bunch of sheep ready to be led over a cliff. They would rather help you open a new account than assist you with your current one. Stop being swindled. I have reported them to the OCC, there will be changes. Ooo I can count large sums of money to. Counting money is not what gets them their pay check. Stop serving me with smiles that have no emotion.

this office only has 2 or 3 tellers . 1 for companies 2 for customers maybe 2 for customers.. mostly always a 30mnt wait time. long line.. its time to change banks..
