I was in a predicament yesterday when I was told that Anderson-GMI no longer participates in the insurance company we have been going through and that I needed to call ASA (Another insurance agency) to get the insurance reinstated. Not only did they bump up the price by 50 dollars for the same company that I have been going through for three years but it took them all day to get me a quote and as soon as I agreed to the price (what else could I do? I dont have insurance!) he took my vin number and said that they were looking up the wrong type of vehicle and it would now be 90 dollars more than the amount that I was paying a month ago!! After "comfirming" that he looked at all the insurance companies he could I told him that I would have to call him in the morning to somehow find a way to pay that amount. After hanging up with him, I called Anderson-GMI who I have been with the past 3 years and asked them what I was supposed to do, Dave, who has been my agent the full 3 years and has been amazing the entire time, was just going home and instead turned right back around, went back into the office, and pulled up my case. After 20 minutes, TWENTY MINUTES NOT ALL FREAKING DAY, he found an insurance company that was not only better than the one I had but was only 40 dollars more than what I have been paying. He then helped me get all set up, printed my insurance card, reassured me that he would help me get even that amount down but we just needed to get me insurance, and sent me on my way. ASA is a joke. They are inconsiderate and dont care about the people. They just want your money. I should never have doubted Dave and this company, I will never try to go to another company again.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Lance and Brennan. My husband and I have had a very eventful year with getting into a new home, having our car stolen, and even an accident, but Lance and Brennan have gone above and beyond to make sure that we are well taken care of. We have always received quick responses and the best customer service, even when we texted them on a Sunday night. They truly care about their customers and do everything in their power to get you the best coverage and rates.
