We used this firm as our insurance broker, initially the agent would call daily to get us to sign up. When our policy was up for renewal and the insurance provider wanted to drop us due to incorrect business classification we notified Martin Financial regarding the error. We where assured the issue would be resolved and everything would be great going forward. 3 weeks later, no phone calls, no emails even after I emailed them numerous times. Finally on the day that our policy was set to expire another agent from there firm calls us to inform us that the policy would not be renewed and they dont have any away to fix the error. I can understand that some insurance providers are stubborn, regardless the communications was terrible. If you are looking for a policy through this firm, make sure you stay on top of them or consider looking else where.

I received excellent customer service from Tamika Borges. I was looking for a more economical insurance with adequate coverage. Tamika was prompt with her quote, answered all my questions and provided detail explanation on why Plymouth Rock coverage was affordable compared to the national company I was currently using for coverage. Tamika also went above and beyond in helping me with a small business insurance quote. Ultimately another provider was lower but I appreciated the effort she put forth to try to offer the most competitive and lowest rate.
