For the first time in my life I have an a resource for asking about insurance I know I can trust. Imagine! I asked Eric about some of the features for car insurance advertised on TV, like new car replacement and accident forgiveness, and he explained how those "special" features work. We went over the insurance policy proposals for everything we were planning to insure. This time I knew what I was buying. This time my agent knew what was reasonable to buy and what might not be. I am a senior citizen and I had questions about the long term care insurance policies we have. I was not sure we should continue paying for these policies. I asked Eric if he would look over the policies and the premiums and tell me what I have. These long term care policies were not sold to us by Eric, still he did the research and told me what he had found, and what he thought. Eric made it possible for me to make a decision based on real information instead of emotional speculation. Eric saved us more than $1,000.00. It sounds like a lot of money, and it is a lot of money, but what really surprised me was the price of the premiums to insure the house and two cars was very close to what I would have paid to Farmers to insure only the house. Eric also walked me through what I needed to do to cancel our coverage with Famers Insurance. All in all I will be able to read and understand the insurance policies I purchased.

I have worked with Eric for years. He has helped me with my home, auto, and umbrella policy. He was able to get me 1/4 more coverage for less than what I was currently paying for my homeowners insurance. The fact that they are brokers means that they can shop different companies and get you exactly the coverage you need as well as great rates.They are not limited to one company like most insurance agencies. I have referred them to the rest of my family and they were able to beat USAA in their rates for my dad. I would refer anyone to them!
