By far the worse Geico!! Lazy staff I called in April 2017 to set up renters insurance with Shelly. I told her I move in on May 6th 2017. She accidentally set it up for the wrong date, which i said was fine. Not a big deal because she fixed the date the next day:) Moving on.....i call and tell April that i need my insurance policy mailed to me, not the address that i will moving into but the current one. She says, no problem. Weeks go by, nothing is mailed. So i call back and speak to Melissa and she says oh im so sorry it never got mailed, maybe there is something wrong with where you get your mail but dont worry i will personally mail print and mail this to you, and call up within ten days to see if you got it. I say, thank you so much thats awesome!....time goes on and nothing is mailed and no call from melissa or april....lazy!!!!! More time goes by.....its june 14 2017 so i call to complain cause and get a number to call corporate. The manager says that she is sorry. I say i dont need them mailed now, so dont worry about , i have already moved in, i just need a number to call corporate. The manager says, the owner will personally call you today....time goes by........no call hahaha And guess what? After telling the manager i dont need them mailed cause its now june and i have already moved in, SHE MAILS IT!!! Ridiculous!! Im will be calling Geico on this location, they dont listen!

They went into my escrow and stole my money for my taxes on my house without my permission and some kind of way my credit union let them do it..the only way i found out is i was trying to refiance and the refiance company told me..they had been my insurance company along with state farm at the same time..this cause my escrow to empty and my payments to blow up..then they had the nerved to ask me what did i want to do...duh assholes i might as well keep your cheating,stealing ass..but soon ass my funds get here im getting rid of your sorry ass....they also just screwed me around on my car insurance as well.....do not buy any insurance from this crooked ass company...if i could take off this one star i would...for some reason it want come off,they probably got that rig too.

April was so helpful specially after a long Day dealing with AAA auto insurance where nothing seems to be able to get done and they cannot seem to get anybody to help you, so after 15 years of having AAA as insurance I was done with them I called April she was beyond amazing in a simple phone call not only did she answer the phone but she was able to get me home and auto insurance and saved me 33% and my coverage is even better than I had with AAA ,save yourself the absolute nightmare of dealing with any other insurance company and call April.

I had reservations going to Gaico for any kind of insurance, but when my first attempt was met with positive attitude and a great service provided by Shelly, all my doubts were wiped away. She has a great personality, very upbeat and willing to answer any questions. As for saving momey, I was impressed and would not hesitate refering anyone to her for service.

Called in to receive some information as to why my bill had gone up substantially " STEPHANIE" in customer service was beyond rude!! I honestly cant believe Geico has such poor customer relations, due to the increase in my bill and the poor service i will be shopping around for new coverage.

Im not insured with this insurance. I got hit with one of there insured and they were professional and it was an easy transition. I just dropped off my car to get fixed and then they provide car rental. Less stress for the people. So 5 star!!
