I called the orange park office in fl. and had a wonderful experience with Pam she was helpful with getting a new policy. She has also checked to see if all was fine after and again I had to call her for some copies and she was very pleasant. My daughter and son-in-law has worked with this office for a few years and gave me the name as they not only like the office they like the prices. OH, and I would like to say for the same amount of coverage I am getting it is much lower than the prior insurance

A Gieco subscriber hit my car and I had no idea they were so ugly and unprofessional. Customer service treated me like total garbage since I was not their insured member and a local Jacksonville manager, Tony Hernandez, fails to return phone calls or text messages. Thanks for the experience Gieco. Too bad you put too much effort into your commercials and not enough time on potential customers or victims of your careless members.
