I have been going to this specific Labcorp for well over 7-Years. I will not go anywhere else. I have been treated with utmost courtesy, confidentiality, and have answered all my questions to the point of even calling my physician on the spot to verify a code that looked like it was entered incorrectly for the service that I needed. Now that is customer service. Most of the people that work at this facility have been there for numerous years. As far as Fasting goes, it is the responsibility of the Physician who wrote the Lab Work order to verbally let his patient know that the Lab Work is a Fasting order, and a HARD-COPY of that standing order by law should be given to the patient as a reminder of NO Food or Drink after Midnite. If you lose the order you need to get another copy from your doctor and ask if it is a Fasting Order if you are uncertain. Copies are not hard to obtain, as they are electronically scanned and filed into the patient’s file. It is as simple as a FAX sent to wherever it needs to go. I have never had a bad experience, I have never waited more than 35-minutes, I have never scheduled an appointment online. I always have my current ID & Medical Cards ready in my front pocket before entering the building, therefore majority of my appointments are 10-minutes max, while the other people are digging for their information they swear that they have and nothing has changed, but they have never been there before, and they say their doctor should have sent all that over??? Hello World! Medical Cards, ID, all that personal stuff is your responsibility, whether someone says they be sendin it all on over for yah hun! OK? How to prepare for the worst, is to do just that, PREPARE for it and back yo self up. Insurance = Check, ID = Check, Lab Order = Check, Fasting/ No Fasting = Check. OK, You are covered and ready for battle, and that is your back up. DONE! I swear you be out in 30-minutes or less. You aint got it, well just set your happy butt down and plan on spending some time and writing a nasty review of how much time it took, and how disorganized things were. OK? Life is too short, liven up, prepare yourself, and live a happier life. Send a stranger a SMILE while you are at it, you will make someone else feel good as well as yourself.

What a horrible service and company. I made an appointment online. Called to ask a question regarding fasting, the representative was so RUDE and says "How am I supposed to know?" I asked to cancel the appointment, so I can get clarification from the doctor before I show up for lab work. She refused to cancel my appointment and hung up. Called again to cancel the appointment " Hung up again" Called corporate to cancel my appointment. They could NOT even locate my confirmation number. What a mess. And you want me to trust this company with my lab work ? oh no. Go to QUEST Diagnostics.

terrible place i am a physician and they have the worst and most rude staff wait time was over 40 minutes Teresa was drawing my labs. i just asked her to double check the order, since they had messed it up the last time She started shouting at me and then just walked out of the room. she refused to draw my labs very bad customer service she told me that i should not come here for lab draw and isntead get it done in my office. never go to this place if your insurance allows some other company that lab corp, pls go there

I made an appointment online the same day I went in for a pre-employment drug screening. I arrived a few minutes early to sign in, and was called back at my exact appointment time. The whole process was quick and painless. It took maybe 10 minutes total. Service was great. Nothing to worry about.

While traveling out of state, I was able to stop into this facility and get my lab work taken care of. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Being a walk in, I was in and out in a matter of 20 min. A big thank you to the staff there! The location was easy to find on Google maps also.

Went for a blood work. Booked online, They called me in. Put a cheap bandaid where blood was taken and it gets struck and is so painful to remove. Beyond that their service was horrible as expected. Unfortunately my provider only covers LabCorp. So I am struck with this bunch of clowns.

I came in early in the morning for labwork/routine blood work, and they were friendly, and I was in and out in minutes - but the best of all, my lab tech drew blood without even a pinch or any pain - she was absolutely awesome!!!!!
