I have been working with Amie at Trust Hall for going on 8 years. I have found her and all of her associates to always do a tremendous job of communicating with me promptly and processing paperwork quickly. They are smooth and professional in all they do. As a customer they always make me feel like I am important to them even though my policy is fairly small. Even more importantly Trust Hall has always done a tremendous job of protecting me as a consumer from overpaying for insurance or allowing me to buy a terrible policy. My insurance costs have been cut about 60% since I first called Trust Hall. That is money in the bank. I sleep well at night knowing that my home and vehicles are well protected. Put simply, Trust Hall rocks.

My insurance representative, Shawn Richards, is excellent about searching for competitive insurance quotes from really good insurance companies and advising me as to what kinds of coverages I really need. While one insurance company might be recommended for our house, another company might be recommended for our mountain cabin, still ending up with a quality insurance product but also one that is competitively priced and provides good coverage. Prior to that I was continually bouncing back and forth between insurance providers to try and save a dime which as usual ends up costing more in the long run.
