Absolutely terrible. I do not have this insurance company, however an individual who does hit my vehicle. It has been over a week since I made he claim and they are avoiding my calls and have yet to contact the other driver. I feel almost as if this company is a scam. If you get hit by somebody with this insurance expect NOTHING. Garbage insurance company, sends me to voice mail every time I try to call. Pathetic

Recently my trailer was hit by someone insured with Paramount of MD. The appraiser set a appointment then did a no show. Talked with a manager and he did not even let me know his name. These guys just suck! I am guessing just another company that wants to take. I am now forced to file and go through the courts. What a drag.

THESE PEOPLE ARE REALLY GHETTO...I MEAN U CAN TELL ONLY GHETTO PEOPLE WORK THERE. IT IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND AFTER 3 MONTHS STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO GIVE ME THE MONEY TO FIX MY CAR WHICH, BY THE WAY, WAS THEIR INSURED FAULT...HATE THEM..HOPEFULLY THEY CLOSE THE BUSINESS DOWN!!!!

THE BUILDING THEY CLAIM TO BE IN IS ABANDONED! I had someone hit my car and I have to jump through hoops to even talk to someone...to then be put on hold for 30 minutes. This company is a scam!

I have yet to receive payment for one of Paramounts neglient drivers, who rear ended my car on Early November. This is ridiculous, the staff is non responsive and rude. GHETTO even the voicemail.

This company has been quite horrible to deal with. My suggestion if this insurance company is not honoring the policy is to contact the Maryland Insurance Administration.
