We used TWFG for insurance and it was a terrible customer experience. The staff routinely did not answer phone calls nor return voice mails. They also made policy changes without or knowledge or consent. In the end, our policy was randomly terminated without notification via phone, etc. We received a letter in the mail stating that it was terminated and did not list a reason even though premiums had always been paid on time. If you value your home and want a company to have your best interest in mind DO NOT USE TWFG INSURANCE SERVICES.

This is the best insurance agency in town!! Our agent asks the right questions to find insurance to meet our needs. Our house was robbed in 2013 and was glad our agent at TWFG encouraged us to add replacement coverage for our household contents. Sure we could have saved a few bucks by not adding that feature, but it saved us THOUSANDS in real dollars. Just one call to our agent and we had our claim handled and money in hand within 10 days!! We have home, auto, and life with them.
