My wife, Linda and I, have been clients of Glenn for 25 plus years and currently have 15 State Farm policies in force.I wrote a letter to State Farm headquarters several years ago highly recommending they take advantage of the asset they employ in Glenn. To have him present in-service training to other agents, regarding client agent interaction, would be invaluable for all. I am an extremely meticulous individual who always expects perfection from myself and others. We honestly profess the fact that Glenn and his staff are, without question, the epitome of what everyone expects from their agent. In three separate instances, Glenn researched the issues at hand, and sided with us versus the company. All three issues were resolved in our favor. The vast majority of agents across the country would fear repercussions from the Company and therefore refrain from involvement. We feel extremely fortunate to have Glenn representing our insurance needs

Glenn has been our agent for our autos and homes for over 40 years. We have always been pleased with his service and his helpful staff, Kim and Sherry. On May 31st of last year our new home was hit by a tornado, damaging the roof and destroying the sunroom the previous owners had put on. The claim was handled very quickly and fairly by State Farm. Within a week of the adjuster coming out, we had a check and we were able to proceed with the repairs to the roof and the replacement of the sunroom. We upgraded the sunroom to a four season room and made it a part of our home giving us much more usable space. There are still some homes in our area that are still not repaired after nearly nine months. We are very happy we had State Farm standing behind us. Thanks Glenn and staff! Kathy and Jerry Wirtz

I have been with the Glenn Eckert agency for over 20 years and greatly appreciate the personal attention the staff provides. Recently I received my auto insurance renewal and noticed it had gone up quite a bit. When I inquired, Sherry explained rates had gone up across the board. She asked if I was still driving more than 7500 miles a year. Since I went part time last year, I no longer exceed 7500 miles annually. As a result, my cost for the 6 month renewal went down more than $50! I greatly appreciate Sherry looking out for me. This is just one example of the excellent customer service provided to me and my husband over the years. I highly recommend this insurance agency!

My dad has been with the Glenn Eckert agency for many years. Being out of the house and on my own I have recently acknowledged why he has continued to stick with this company. I am still in the learning process of how everything works and Kim will go out of her way to help me in whatever I need. She will explain things how I understand and take care of the problem 100% everytime. Also, she will take care of anything you need in a quick, timely manner. She makes it so easy to be able to communicate and get things done. I just want to say THANK YOU KIM for helping me in every way. In January as we were traveling from St. Louis to Mission Texas we were struck by lightning as we drove south on I35 near Georgetown Texas. The lightning strike fried the electronics in both our motorhome and our towed vehicle, we were stuck in Georgetown. We relied very heavily on Kim, making quite a few calls to her attempting to get things moving. Kim and Glenn took very good care of us by contacting the proper departments within State farm to keep things moving. Thanks to Kim and Glenn for making this frustrating time much much easier to survive.

I spent all day calling and contacting insurance companies to request quotes for my vehicle and all terrain vehicle. I found this agency to be very polite and helpful, especially Kim. She was willing to stay after closing hours so i could sign the paper work. Their insurance quotes were reasonable and very competitive. Like a good a neighbor Glenn Eckert Agency is there
