I normally hate to post reviews of a business in any public forum but feel I have no other recourse. If there were any way to rate The Money Source as anything less than a 1star that is the rating I would provide. We have had numerous issues they have failed to resolve in a timely manner. Our Mortgage with them was paid off through a refinance May 22 and they have still sent the appropriate Mortgage Release documentation. We are now in the process of selling our home and after over a weeks worth of both us, our attorney and current mortgage company calling they have still failed to send the appropriate documentation. I have been told that someone will call me within 24-48 hours to resolve the issue each time I have called for over a week and yet no one returns the call. To say we are once again frustrated with the lack of customer service received is an understatement.

I would give zero stars for this company if given the option. They are crooks, the called me to offer me a deal to get a better interest rate for my home. They tell you to hold payments and all that during the process hit you with a late fee then report missed payments to credit companies. This company is awful and needs to be handled by the BBB...
