Mr. Van K. Zannis came to us as a referral. Our mother was in need of financing and was having a difficult time securing the ideal funding solution for her situation. Right off the bat we could tell that Van was not your stereo typical Loan Broker of today, in fact, he is quite the opposite. Mr. Zannis conducts business the old fashion way; he says what he means and means what he says. He quickly helped us to understand the available products and what product would be the best option for our mother. From there, Van was with us from cradle to grave, often working after normal business hours and even on weekends. Never once did we feel out of the loop; never once did he not respond promptly. Van earnestly made us feel that he was on our team, that he wanting this loan for us as much as we wanted it for our mother; so refreshing to receive this level of "old school" service. Even when things became tense with the often "over the top" requirements of the post 2008 lending era, Van helped us navigate the terrain working with us to stay ahead of the process. If you need to borrow money, Van is your man. I would highly recommend Mr. Van K. Zannis to anyone who has a need of borrowing money.
