Matt was GREAT! As a first time home buyer I had no idea where to start. From the first phone call to the closing day Matt guided me along the way. He was very knowledgeable always took the time to answer my questions and explain it so I really understood. He was very accessible as well- emails and phone calls. He explained the different type of loans I could/ was approved for. He responded very quickly when I need a breakdown on numbers for a home. When we were approved after finding our home and filled out the paperwork in his office he took his time and really explained everything we were signing and answered any of our questions. I really appreciated his guidance along the way and if we ever sell and buy again I would definitely work with him again. Thanks Matt!

I very happy with the performance and passion the Mathew Weider showed while he was his staff handled my mortage application with the VA. I am a first home buyer and really did not know what to expect but Mathew explained everything to me he broke everything in basic terms so I would be able to understand what was going to happen I will tell you this much as long as you follow what Mthew and his staff ask you to do as far as supplying tax forms and bank account information they will put in on heck of an effort to make sure you close on time with very lttle pain involved I would like to thank all of them from my heart.
