The loan application process was efficient. There was a hiccup with the appraiser but not to the fault of Service First. Good followup. Answers questions. Easily accessible. The low rating is due to Service First selling my loan to another mortgage company with bad reviews in the same month that I completed the closing. I thought this was very poor taste on their behalf. Current reviews (2016) of the other company state poor customer service, long holding times, lost payments are just a few of the negative complaints. A company that I would never choose. I considered Service First to refinance my other home but I have since changed my mind.

- Nicole and her team were absolutely fabulous! If I had any questions she was very prompt in responding to me, even if I texted her at 10pm! She definitely made a miracle happen, especially when my husband opened a new credit line when he wasn`t supposed to which caused a little hiccup. BUT... Nicole was able to work her magic! And we are so very thankful for her and her hard work and dedication. I`d Definitely use her again, and recommend to anyone trying to buy!
