So if you want to deposit coins here you have to use there coin machine which the CU take a % of course how lame is that your charging your customers to deposit coins biggest rip off ever. CU are suppose to be better than the bank and not have hidden charges Not this one stay away Also if you have a account at a shared branch you are treated very differently and most of the people in the Vero Beach branch cannot even take your deposit. The staff is very rude.

Horrible customer service. After 16 years of being a loyal customer, my mother in laws check from a life insurance company was placed on a hold. The branch manager was not compassionate and did not show any empathy. She blatantly refused to offer any assistance. Honestly, she showed more concern for the Caucasian man waiting. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.

Actually, I was told about this bank as being good. The blond lady who "enrolled me" was excellent. But once I started actually going there, it was awful. Nasty atmosphere. Must come from the manager! Whatever he/she is doing is backfiring on her. The tellers are distracted and not well trained. Not their fault.
