Chris and Tracy simply put went above and beyond especially in a world where excellence is a forgotten experience. Chris always answered every question quickly and throughly and was always respectful. We were amazed at the depth of his knowledge and his attitude of treating us as if we were purchasing a million dollar home. He is a man of integrity, forthright honesty, responsibility and trustworthiness. What a pleasant surprise in a world of the exact opposite! Even now 3 years later he never forgets to remember Ronnie on every Veterans Holiday. Chris in a world of selfishness has a keen awareness of others and a selfless attitude of service to his community. If possible we would give Group One Mortgage a 100 star rating and truly recommend them whether you are purchasing or refinancing your home, give them a call for an experience that will leave you with a 100 star memory you too will be raving about.
