**DO NOT FINANCE YOUR HOME WITH THIS TEAM** I have had the worst experience with this team they are extemely unprofessional! They never answer your phone calls you can only contact via email I do not know about anyone else but for a home finance I want to be contacted via phone and in person not everything via email. When I let them know that I was unhappy about the service they took offense. they will try to force you into a loan that may not be the best for you. Look elsewhere!! In response to the "owner of the company" the service was good at first and compliments were given at first. Once they get your application in they ignore you. Also I called several times to meet with a member of team and never got a response. I did show up early to only drop off paperwork. Thank you for catching that. I would like to add that some of the reviews posted are from the companies very own employees as well.

BEST TEAM EVER! The home buying process is a very difficult process, sooooo much documentation. Brandy and her team were awesome! They found time in their busy schedule to explain the very confusing documentation, process and explained why it was needed. At first it felt overwhelming, but once was able to listen, and understand the process. It was not as bad as I originally thought. I am so grateful for their help, and their willingness to not give up and find a solution, and help me get into a beautiful new house for my family! I will refer them to all my family and friends!
