Amazingly quick and great rate too. If you have good credit and basically some equity, then this is as easy as it gets. I closed in 20 days from the day I locked and they told me how to accomplish this and it was TRUE. If you can turn in your paperwork and get the appraiser access to the house you are good. Call one or two other banks and then call GFM, you will be happy.
