I wanted to move from Lakewood to Huntington Beach. I had no idea where to start, so I went to google and started googling Huntington Beach realtors, real estate agents etc… I came across The Malakai Sparks Groups website and was very impressed with what I found. After searching their site (which is gorgeous) to find out more about them, also looking them up on yelp, I gave them a call. Malakai picked up and we had a great conversation. He said he could help and told me his brother (Klark, who is the buying specialist for them) would be calling me shortly. Klark called me 5 minutes after I got off the phone with Malakai! I was so impressed with how “on it” they were. Klark and I had a great conversation about what I was looking for. He listened to me for quite some time then gave me some of his suggestions of what he thought might work. I never once felt pushed, but helped. He gave me a contact to a great mortgage broker to help secure a loan. After that we started shopping! He found me an awesome place that I absolutely love. The whole process was so enjoyable. If I could give them 10 stars I would, that’s how impressed I was with them. These brothers are hands down the best. You have to use them if you are think-ing of buying or selling any real estate in Huntington Beach or any areas they work in. Cheers Sparks brothers!

Klark and his brother are superb! We met Klark at an open house that he was holding open for one of his listings. I could tell that day that I was going to really like this guy. We were talking with him and a few other realtors for a few months about buying a home. When the time came to really get serious, Klark was right there. He emailed us everyday properties that we told him we were interested in, and in the areas that we wanted to be in! The other realtors we were talking with were also sending us stuff, but half the time the homes they sent us were not meeting our criteria…. We decided to on-ly let Klark and his team help us and I am so glad we did! Klark and his team are really easy to work with. It’s like they work 24/7. I once emailed Klark at 11pm and he replied minutes later! They found us an amazing home in no time and negotiated a great deal for us. We closed escrow shortly after with no major issues. I not only consider these guys my realtors for life, but friends. You should defiantly use this team if you are thinking of selling your home or buying a home - they are the best.

I contacted Malakai because I was moving to Orange County from out of state. I saw all the positive reviews and thought to give him a call. I am so glad I did. He is by far the best Real Estate professional I have ever dealt with. He is knowledgeable about all the areas and gave me great advice about communities we visited and what the surrounding area were like. He is super down to earth and not pushy. That was something I really appreciated. We saw a number of homes before I finally found “the one”. I was pre-approved through my bank for a loan but Malakai recommended a local lender who he thought might be able to get me a better deal on my loan. He did! I was saving money each month and we closed early because of the lender. Malakai is truly a one-stop-shop and anyone who is thinking about buying or selling a home I highly recommend. He is a professional at the highest level and just a quality person.
