My husband and I worked with Jim Bourne to buy our first home. He was recommended to us by our real estate agent. Jim went above and beyond during the entire process. He quickly responded to every question. He is honest and trustworthy. We felt he gave us great advice that put our interests first. There was no doubt that he was working as hard as he could to make this process as quick and simple as it possibly could be. We closed less than a month after we put in our offer on our house. How many people get to say that? We highly recommend him, and we will be working with him again in the future.
