Al Dada and Gateway Bank Mortgage are amazing. We first started with Quicken Loans and kept getting the runaround. Al Dada was able to get my VA loan approved, inspected and closed in 3 weeks. Our interest rate is lower than Quicken and he was able to get our earnest deposit back. Whenever we had a question, he was easily accessible even on Sunday. First class service! I highly recommend Gateway Bank Mortgage and Al Dada if you are considering a VA loan.

THey notified my FIVE BUSINESS HOURS before my closing that they never locked in my rate and that it would be higher than what I was originally told. UNETHICAL business practices. They knew we were stuck at that point. I would run away unless you want trouble with the whole mortgage process. David Vestal is not even licensed in NC to be a motgage loan officer. His license is expired.
