I did some research and decided finding a good broker would be best for me to start finding a home. I contacted Paul because he had such good reviews and he immediately started helping me down the correct path. Due to the timing in the year he let me know I needed to go ahead and get my taxes done before we could start. I then contacted him a month later and he helped me do a couple things to boost my credit and I asked him for recommendations on real estate agents. He put me in contact with a wonderful woman that I ended up choosing and they worked well as a team through this process. Paul not only arranged my loan but he answered all of my home buying questions and he was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a home to get a broker and Paul in particular!

I used Paul Cook for my mortgage broker when I purchased my first home about a year ago. Paul spent an exorbitant amount of time listening to my concerns and answering my questions. He was patient and extremely helpful during the process, which is typically very confusing. I came and met me at times and places that were convenient to my schedule, and even attended the closing (and brought a pie to celebrate)! In addition, he found an excellent lender that worked with me through some issues with the home. I highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a home, and regularly tell friends that are thinking about purchasing a home to contact him. I typically do not do these types of reviews, but Paul is extremely worthy of me taking my time to tell people about the wonderful job he does.

Working with Paul made my home buying experience much easier than I ever could have imagined. He is so thorough and on top of things. He was there at the drop of a hat, responding to all of my questions and concerns, in such a timely manner. He tolerated my impatience, my bouts of fear, and anxiety like a true professional. Absolutely fantastic and easy! I worked directly with Sean throughout this whole process. He was there every step of the way day or night, week or weekend. I asked multiple questions and he had an answer asap. This company really cares about you and wants to help. Great integrity and passion. He even set me up with a guy to do my home insurance and also switched my car insurance over as well since it was such a great rate. They will do anything you ask even if it is sending you ask them for 100 different quotes with different rates and down payment options.
