When I walked into the sales office for Century Communities, I saw Ray Cope listed as one of the preferred lenders and I immediately made my decision to move forward with applying for a home loan. This is not the first time that I had the experience of working with Ray. Ray was my loan officer for the very first home I purchased in Georgia. That first experience with Ray was so wonderful, that it was a no brainier that I needed to go through him again for my current purchase. I can honestly say, if I ever needed to purchase a home again, I will chose Ray every time. I wonderful guy, knowledgeable, and just a pleasant person to work with. This also includes his staff as well...what an awesome team. I can only select 5 stars, but if you can take those stars and multiply if by 100...then you will have a authentic and true to the word rating. Thanks for Ray for all you have done for me and family.

Is so much that I have to say about this company and their employees, they went way far and beyond with us throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service Mr. Griffin did an outstanding job, I mean it! even though we had a low score and we worked hard to put it up to start all over again he managed to give us the best. NPM went above and beyond to ensure the closing happened in the short time frame we had (21 days). Words cannot describe the experience I had with Lou Sarris. It was AWFUL!!!! He LIED, he does not listen and never got the deal done. He also told private information to other parties. I contacted Fairway mortgage and I got no where with them. I found another mortgage company and they closed the deal in 3 weeks. DO NOT USE LOU SARRIS or North Point Mortgage!! He also took 5 months to get us no where.
