Customer service in the banking area is terrible. When I call and ask for a supervisor the people will not let me talk to one. Account updates are VERY SLOW and transactions take forever to clear. The only thing that gave them a second star is the mortgage people. Karen Powers is amazing and I highly recommend her for that but otherwise stay away from this bank.
