Me. Guzman is outstanding at his job. He shows true concern for his customers needs and desires. He completely explains the process and stays on top of things. Buying a new home is a stressful time but with his follow through he allows it to also remain enjoyable. I highly recommend he and his firm in helping anyone to obtain their next home. I can be difficult to work with as I tend to be demanding, yet Mr. Guzman was able to keep me satisfied yet somehow maintaining a professional yet friendly manner about him. I seldom give five star ratings on anything. But he has earned it and I feel I was lucky to have been introduced to he and his firm!!!
