From the first conversation we had my wife and I knew this was the guy. I was referred to him from family and he lived up to all expectations. He was up front with everything, gave me options and kept me up to date from start to finish. I put him to the test as i had always done my loans through my major banking firm and he was more honest and helpful. I had a quote from my bank that was promised to be my best option and if it wasnt for my family member insisting to just give him a try i would have ended up with an inferior loan. I met Joe through the San Diego fishing community where he has a great reputation for being a good fisherman and a good guy. After a few outings with him on various boats we started talking about his job and doing loans. He explained what I needed to do to become a homeowner and gave me a proper plan of action.
