At this point I am giving this insurance agency a one point rating due to their lack of customer service and response. Also we have had issues with policy information not being transferred properly. I have a 17 year old son who we have his truck insured through this agency and he had a accident, no fault of his own and we have been a full two weeks with strained communications very little help from our agents and no communication back from the owner of the company when requested. I believe customer service crucial to businesses but obviously some people do not see that the same way. Both my wife and I have reached out to this insurance agency on multiple occasions and have been put on hold for extended periods of time. Told that people would call us back and nobody did. Then treated badly by appraisers. The whole process has definitely left a terrible taste in our mouths and unless something is done we will do whatever we can to let anybody else know about the problems we see with this agency.

Been with Mark for over 10 years. The best Insurance Agent that I have ever used (in over 40 years of purchasing insurance!). Great service. Always helpful. Incredible follow up. His team shares his passion for taking care of their customers. Recently we really got a chance to see how his company and the primary Insurance Company (Allstate) handled things when times got tough. We were hit hard during the late March Hail storm in the Dallas area. 4 vehicles as well as roofs on two homes. The follow up was within hours of when the storm hit us (Sunday night!) We were taken care of and are very happy with the overall performance by both Mark and Allstate!
