Roger was able to find me a more competitive rate for home and auto through several companies, and the coverage was better. I like dealing with a local agent that represents several companies. From what I understand about buying insurance, us consumers have basically three options to choose from: 1. Buy from an agent that only sells policies for a single company. (example, State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, etc.) 2. Buy from a call center, which also only sells for one company, and only over the phone. You get a different person every time you call. 3. Buy from an independent agent that is appointed with several companies, and can re-shop your rates whenever you request. Roger is an independent agent, and represents several companies. I highly recommend his agency.
