Several years ago I purchased 3 houses near Ft. Worth TX as an investment. The realtor recommended Brandes for Insurance and I am glad he did. This company has worked with me to reduce my costs by finding me the best underwriter. They are always available for questions. They are the friendliest and nicest folks I have ever worked with. When there were issues about my tenants pets, they researched the law as well as the fine print on my policies. {Yes the tenant could keep a sheepdog or a Dalmatian , but not a German Shepard.) I pay my insurance fees with my credit card (to earn travel miles) at no extra cost. I wish my agent here in CA was as good.

I called into Brandes Insurance needing renters insurance for my son, as he was coming into town from college on a summer internship. I worked with Robin at Brandes. She was able to quickly identify which renters insurance company would be best for me, work with the company and issue the policy. This was all done in a matter of hours, as time was of the essence to get the policy in place by close of business. Brandes Insurance is a company I can rely on to get an honest price and quick response!
