I have been with Jeff and his team, specifically Mark Kissinger for two years now. They have always provided excellent service in a timely manner. In fact during transition from my past company I had a recurring billing situation that I could not get resolved and Jeff personally made a call on my behalf. Not only did he get it stopped but also got me a refund from the other insurance company. I have and would continue to recommend Jeff, Mark and his team to anyone needing insurance services.

Cant give a 0 start so was forced to give 1... One of the worst customer service I had with the office manager of this agency. After paying the full policy premium I got a bill to pay extra amount and when asked for details as to why the bill is being sent after paying the full policy amount this person had no decency to explain the bill and said the call I had made was a waste of his time. such an arrogance.. Not really worth your time to deal with such an agency.

Absolute terrible customer service!! I called to get some answers about a policy I had and why I was being sent collection letters. Instead of being helpful the lady I spoke to was demeaning and rude. On top of not answering any of my questions, she hung up the phone on me. I am thrilled I no longer have Allstate auto insurance and incredibly glad I will never deal with this branch again.

Jeff really pitched in and went right to work for us. We eventually got the full settlement that we were seeking. He and his staff did a great job.
