Hallmark insurance will let you purchase full coverage auto insurance. But when you try to come to agreement on a accident claim. They will tell you that due to your limited coverage on your full coverage plan they cant help you out. Wtf?!?! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ . i requested to be present while adjustment was gonna happen. They failed to do so... There so call 20 plus year experience adjuster person decided to add 100k miles to my original 60k miles that were on my car. Which i was not granted a 2nd adjustment. Due to the inaccurate information that had been given(due to there error in behalf). Which in return, it put a devaluated total value of my car. I withdrew my claim. There were unreasonably unreasonable with me and the police report noted that the other person was at fault. Fraud, negligence and helplessness. Is what i get from this "reputable" insurance company. Do your research before giving money away to this corporation. Please take these review post seriously people. Unless you are willing to learn the hard way....

VERY HORRIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!! HAD THEFT OF PROPERTY TOTALLING AT LEAST 3,500. IT TOOK 2 WHOLE MONTHS TO PROCESS THE CLAIM NOT INCLUDING SENDING INFO TO A WRONG ADDRESS. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND DONT HAVE A CLUE ABOUT THEIR JOB......VERY USELESS!!! SO OUT OF ALL 3,500 WORTH OF MY THINGS THAT WAS STOLEN, I ONLY GOT 1/3 OF IT BACK. NOT EVEN HALF. SO I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE HALF OF MY THINGS AND THEY CAN NOT EXPLAIN IN DETAIL TO ME MY POLICY INFORMATION. I NEVER THOUGH IT WOULD HAPPEN TO ME BUT IT DID. IM ENDING MY POLICY WITH THIS USELESS COMPANY WHO DONT KNOW SHITTT!!

Wow looking at these reviews got me shaking my head. i was in a accident driven by one of their clients and the adjustor is rude an very unprofessional I have a lawyer to take care of my claim because the guy that i talk to is rude and he thinks i am dumb you come at me with a question i am going to come at you with a answer and i have not seen the driver since and we were co-workers Go figure and you have to rate them before you can post that one star is sad right now

This is the worst insurance company I have ever heard of. One of their customers rear ends us and now they will only pay for half the rental agreement. Seriously who has to pay for getting hit by some idiot who uses these guys. The lady that hit us literally made her payment over the phone while waiting for the police to show up. My dealings with Hallmark were exceptional from the first person I spoke with Chris H. to the last claims adjuster Stymetra C. everyone was helpful, very kind, and had a positive attitude towards me and my claim. My claim was against them as well. They worked quickly and efficiently and kept me well informed! Thank you!!

Filled out a cancellation notice at Wessel Inc.canceling my policy 2 months ago and they just keep stealing money out of my bank account. Cost me a stop payment, bounced check fees, and 2 months of policy and of course no refund. Up yours Hallmark. I will let the BBB know.
