I can not say enough nice things about David Daniel and his staff!!! I transferred to their office after 5 years with another agent and they have treated me like I have been with them for years. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure every question or concern is answered no matter how many times they need to call the same people. You can ask whatever question you have and not be afraid they are going to look at you funny or treat you like you are an idiot for not knowing the answer. I have never felt rushed when talking with them and every time I need something Jennifer is always willing to call whoever she needs to to make sure I have all the right answers before I leave the office!!! David and his staff are there for you and not there to push anything on you! This is an important aspect since you are not going to want to go talk to anyone that says you need to invest in something every time you have a question. I am very happy with my choice of agents!!!!!

The staff is AWESOME!! We had our car hit by a driver with another insurance company and the staff, mainly Jayne, helped us every step of the way by advising us on how to deal with the other company to ultimately helping us through the claims process though State Farm. (The other driver had discount insurance which kept giving us the runaround and was simply too difficult and too confusing to work with). Every time we have ever had any questions or issues with our policies or even when we have needed help with how to handle dealing with another insurance company they have always been so friendly and helpful and always go above and beyond to help us any way they can. I would highly recommend State Farm insurance because of the ease and straightforwardness of how they conduct business and handle claims, and I would especially recommend this particular branch due to their high level of customer service.

David Daniel and his staff have taken excellent care of me for 30 years. He and his staff have always taken the time to explain any changes I needed to make in my plan, have always called me back be it for just for road side service or when my car was vandalized, or when State Farm stopped issuing mobile home insurance, he help me find coverage for my mobile home. He and his staff have worked with me suggesting ways to lower my cost. At my age (over 65) some companies talk down to the elderly or try to take advantage of them, this has not happened with Mr. Daniel and his staff. They are knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and always have a great attitude. I would not think of changing my agent for my insurance needs.

Thank you to Jennifer Quinn who has consistently provide excellent service. My first claim was in June of 2012 after a wild hail storm damaged my home and car. as a new homeowner this was an incredibly upsetting event and Jennifer made it as painless as possible. This past November I came home to a water pouring out of my ceiling from a faulty water heater. Jennifer was once again professional and extremely helpful. When I was facing increased rates because of these claims and a car accident, Jennifer explored every option for me. There were actually less expensive options out there but I trust Jennifer and decided that sub-par service was not worth a discounted rate.

We have recently moved to the area from out of state and needed a lot information on home and auto insurance for Texas. We called to make an appointment with Jennifer and she asked for all of the critical information ahead of time. When we met with her, a detailed quote was available, she took several hours to go over all of the details, the discounts, the additional endorsements and explained how insurance is different for Texas vs other states. We were very satisfied with her knowledge, pleasant personality and impressed overall with this State Farm office and staff. Highly recommend them.

My husband and I have held our auto and home owners coverage with David Daniel at State Farm for 30+ years now. Not only do they provide excellent service but they are caring and understanding. There were a couple of times when we had to call under extremely stressful situations and not only did they take care of things quickly, they all were very sensitive to our needs and what we were going through. This has been consistent, no matter who in that office answers the phone. This is hard to find ... especially nowadays.
