I got this insurance last month and received a letter from them saying they need photos of the left side of my vehicle and to submit the photos on their website so did that the same day I got the letter on 7/21/15 and on 8/3/15 they sent me another letter saying I will be cancelled due to not receiving the photos that I submitted. I included my name and policy number with the photo. So I went thru another insurance company and got more benefits and about $58 cheaper a month. Worst insurance company.

Horrible Insurance Company ever stay away from this insurance they have not helped me during a claim the wait is 20 minutes on the phone the people are very rude
