When I moved to Michigan I wondered if I would be able to replace the great service I had gotten from my Nationwide agent in North Carolina; I should not have worried. The Dalessandra agency, and Jill in particular, have been fantastic, always responding immediately to every inquiry and taking care of every need quickly and professionally. I could not recommend them more highly.

I had a claim on my car and the claim handling was very quick and simple. I took the car to a shop they recommended and the repairs are guaranteed. The people at the agency are great to work with and always provide great service. They called me after my claim to make sure it was all taken care of to my satisfaction.
