Terrible costumes that are way overpriced! The costumes and accessories look great online/on the package covers but when you try them on they are truly horrible! The prices are outrageous! $12 for a small fake beard, $50 for a clearly used dirty superhero jumpsuit. Also terrible customer service, I called ahead to inquire about a costume, they told me they had it in the standard adult size so I put it on hold. Lo and behold when I got there it took them forever to find the costume even after I gave them the name it was under and the costume number. Then when they finally found it I was informed that they did not have the size I had requested and been promised, instead they only had the "plus" size which is for obsese men. I told them it would be too big on me but they kept insisting I try it on. Their "fitting rooms" are nothing more than a few small plastic booths with curtains with a small mirror inside and no hooks to hang up your clothes or the costume. Also, it was crazy busy but for some reason they only had 3 cash registers open which meant a HUGE line of customers waiting to pay for their items. TERRIBLE PLACE! Will NOT be coming back!

I just walked out and promise i will not be back, a larger women i didnt get her name because she didnt have a name tag just completely blew me off when i asked for help to locate something that i was told from a different location that they had 14 in stock, the lady put no effort to check all she said was if you dont see it then we dont have it to bad. Worst customer service

Just terrible! I walked in at 8:54pm rushing to get candy for my wedding reception. And the bald gentleman told me all their registers were closed and that I had to leave. Who does that? So my money is being turned away during business hours? Never going to this place again!

Have had nothing but great customer service at this location. Friendly and helpful staff help in finding what you are looking for since it seems they rearrange the store every 2 weeks. Party city is great for any kind of party planning.

Charged me for something I never got for $16.00. The kid that blew up the balloons half tied the bunch and few got loose. Wasted money here...will not make that mistake again.

Went too this establishment twice and both times received very poor service at the checkout. Both times I felt the cashiers were rude and borderline disrespectful.

My 2 Reg. Places, are closed!? The one on John R, Is OK, but my original P. City, 13 & Woodward, was HUGE, organized, clean, Well staffed! It was a 5 Star!!

Long lines, most of the staff was not particularly helpful. However one staff member was very helpful and turned a 1 star visit into a 3 star visit.
