Horrible Company, glad they are going out of business. They were structured so you were only able to talk to a call center and never get any results. They stole over $1000.00 from me, I filed an appeal in writing that has never been acknowledged. The worst decision anyone could ever make was giving these crooks money. Huge deductibles, you could say you had insurance but you could not afford to use it. Gave them 1 star only because the system would not let this comment post without doing so.

I have called customer service several times about different issues and all of the people I have talked with were pleasant and helpful. Only once was KYHC late in posting my payment,but customer service took care of it right away. I have a good, affordable plan that is less than 1/2 of what I was paying Kentucky Access for before the state exchange was created. Thank you, Governor Steve Beshear!

The people are nice on the phone. However, their website/member portal is completely worthless. There is no why to contact this insurance company without going through a series of phone calls for every little thing. I cannot even update basic information on my own. This is not adequate customer service for anyone with a day job.

Not too many companies take this insurance because they do not pay the claim. I just received a bill for services they were supposed to cover last year. Now they no longer offer insurance, so I guess I will have to fight these charges or make payments.... this is crazy... So sorry I EVER signed up with them!

Fraudulent, they silently terminated my policy due to being a few days late, yet continued to bill me and process payments. Company rarely paid for medical expenses, hiked rates up by 40% without explanation, and customer service is absolutely rude. Literally fraud, stay far far away.
