We are very happy with the services provided by Joel and his team. They are easy to get ahold of. They make sure to get back to you promptly. When there’s an auto accident, they are a Godsend. We feel that we receive first-class service and benefits from Joel and his agency. When our son had an accident, their response was outstanding. Everything was handled easily and in a timely manner. I would also like to say that their policies are very reasonably priced. We had had AAA, which went up for auto and home even though we made no claims. I am pleased to say that this is not the case with Allstate. And their toll free number can be reached at any time, day or night.
