I went to them to install new breaks on my corolla, here is my worst experience * As breaking start-making noise, I took my car back to them two times, they argue and try to convince me nothing wrong with their work and parts. * With frustration of hearing the breaking noise all the time, I took my car into another auto shop to get a complete written evaluation of break and found out that part they put was cheapest junk not what had been mentioned and work was worst. * Went back to A1 again, first I did not mention about the written evaluation, they were loud and still trying to convince me nothing wrong with their work and parts. After mentioning the written evaluation, they were all most silence and I am able to get refund. Don’t waste you money and time with these guys, there are many auto shop in Fremont with quality work with reasonable price.

I have been dealing with the owner Abdul and his staff many, many, many years when it does come to customer service they do provide a world customer experience. Honest people to work with and you would not find their quality of work anywhere for the price they offer. I recently took my Mustang and they did some work and it runs like a horse. I just wanted to thank the entire team for their honesty and hard work.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND REPAIR! I just had work done on my Lexus and once again completly happy! I find this shop to be honest and upfront. The prices are Good the work is GREAT! I have found a great shop to service all my vehicles. I would recommend this place to anyone.
