Total Ripoffs.. Their policy rates are ridicolous..Horrible Service... They only talk good to you on the phone just to get you to sign up for Policy. Tom Hotaling Insurance is a total sham.. Before you even buy any policy or product from them, make sure you shop around.. There are plenty of places around who can possibly give you better service and much better rate.. Stay Away From These Jokers!!!! This Insurance Agency is a Joke.. I I had to give them 1 Star, because there was no option for ZERO......
