No hassle with claims! I had a car accident, thought my car was drivable... Took my passenger home (she lived very close to accident location) and all of the radiator contents had drained out. I called and a tow truck was sent to take the car to the repair shop & car rental was offered. NO questions asked! I had the car for a month as parts for my car were difficult to source. The shop was great - they kept me updated on the progress and my car looked better than before the accident. I have recommended friends to join Germania many times!! The Shaw office is always helpful, kind and go out of their way to explain anything I do not understand!!!

Awesome. Just awesome. Dixie Hale was the best at explaining our coverages and going above and beyond. We had another quote and almost signed the dotted line. We met Dixie and she went through it with a fine tooth comb and found so many errors. Great customer service.
