I recently had a claim that I had to make and I had so many questions. I was frustrated to say the least but Danny’s office was so friendly and reassuring. I called Danny’s office and spoke to the lady that answered the phone (she said her name was Tiffany) like I said I was so upset and she spoke to me in a calm and caring voice. She ask me if “I” was ok and I told her I was- just upset. She said the main thing is you are ok but she was not in the claims department so she gave me the number I needed to call. I am so pleased with Tiffany and Danny’s office they actually treated me like a human and not a bother. Thank you so much for having such great office staff Danny.

I have been with State Farm Insurance for 40 years and with Danny Venz for 20+ of those 40 years and he has done a wonderful job of taking care of our insurance needs which I consider a necessary evil (as well as taxes of course!) but Danny continues to make sure that I am covered and always does this with a pleasant attitude and works hard to save me money along the way. I have the pleasure of working mostly with Teresa and she is on top of everything, I never have to call her back to remind her to send something to me, she takes care of everything right away and she is ALWAYS nice and extremely informative - thank you to all of the staff at Danny Venz Insurance Agency. :)

Danny Venz Insurance Agency is a wonderful group to work with. They are quick to respond when messages are left; their staff is ALWAYS polite and helpful! I have no problems or complaints whatoever when dealing with Danny and his staff. I have auto and home coverage and of the times I needed help, they were on the ball and assisted quickly and efficiently! Today I added a vehicle to my insurance and worked with Rosa. What a pleasant phone experience. All was taken care of and email confirmation sent within an hour or less.
