Showed up to court and she hadnt filed all the paperwork. ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION. I am sitting here in the bank waiting for my emailed proof of my 341 meeting with the creditors and cannot get a response. Oh yeah i first contacted her assistant a day and a half ago asking about this. If you have money to put down on a lawyer go somewhere else..BTW in 3 months i have never seen, spoken, or heard from Amy herself. Its always her assistant..and her assistant hates you btw she makes that very clear..i could write soooooo much more but im using my phone.

Very unprofessional. When I went in for consultation they were talking crap about multiple customers and other business associates. Amy charges way too much as well. She is a bad person and gives lawyers the bad reputation that they have. Good lawyers do exist. I would recommend Richards law. Affordable, professional and experienced. Was great at the beginning but now they do not return calls, emails etc. I almost got my case dismissed because they did not get my 2012 tax return into the trustees office. I took the initiative to get it completed myself to avoid dismissal.

I failed to make my meeting in court and my case was dismissed. I had paid in over $400 to pay off creditors. The money was sent to her and she will not give it back. So not only is she a bad lawyer, nut a thief as well.
