Scheduled for Saturday. They had to reschedule to Monday between 8-9. Showed up closer to 11. They want payment immediately on pick up, which would not have been a problem if they came when originally scheduled. They agreed that I could pay later in the day when rescheduling, but on pick up day that changed. They do not live up to what they agree to and always seemed to have an excuse. I will never use them again. Trash N Dash is so much better

We used Junk Rockers to remove heavy trash at one of our landscape projects and they did a great job. The crews moved fast and left the job site white glove clean. Chatted for a quote. When they did not want to answer a question they would disconnect. Their address is to a strip mall and there is no such company in this strip mall. Not sure they are who they say they are. Very negative customer service experience. Buyer beware.
