With the difficulties that I’m having due to my illness, the process to apply for social security disability was overwhelming. I’m so thankful that I had chosen Carol to represent me. Carol personally handles your case from start to finish and acts as your liaison with the social security administration. Her knowledge of the SSD claims system is extensive and she has a genuine compassion for guiding her clients through this complex process to give them a better chance to be approved for benefits. She helped me by gathering all the vital information and records required for my case. She also filled out the necessary documents and submitted them to the SSA on my behalf. I was kept informed every step of the way and was always treated with respect and kindness. Carol makes herself accessible & accommodating. On my initial phone call to the Brent Law Firm, I was pleasantly surprised that it was her who answered the phone. She has always returned my calls and e-mails promptly. The consultation & subsequent meetings were scheduled at my convenience, even when they had to be at a time other than normal business hours. After moving back to the Buffalo area from Nashville for the last 13 yrs. I no longer know of any good SSD atty. I needed to find an excellant atty. for my disability case. After doing a lot of research and speaking with other attys that are friends of mine but do not handle SSID cases, I found Carol Brent. I could not have made a better decision than to hire Carol. She is very caring, handles your case every step of the way, is extremely knowledgeable, gives you and your case the attention that is needed. After I lost my appeal my previous lawyer decided not to represent me anymore , then I found Carol Brent she looked over my case and refiled the proper documents. she took the time to listen to me , she took the time to look over every document and got results. I won my case shortly after .
