Very helpful if we had a question all had to do was make a phone call & they would get us a answer. We lived in North Platte they did everything through email,mail,fax, & phone. I feel Jeremiah prepared us very well for court date. After listening to other questions some of the other people had no idea how to answer questions. The office personnel was very helpful.
