December of 2010, I was driving home from Christmas shopping, I was 29 weeks pregant at the time, when from the other lane a SUV came at me head on. The SUV hit me at over 55 mph, I was also traveling that fast on impact my car spun a 180 degrees sending me off the shoulder of the road. I was not even 5 miles from my house. The acciedent was cause because the other driver admitted to dailing a number on their cell phone while driving. The driver was so distacted that they came into my lane. At first, I was not going to get an attorney, but my insurance company and the other partys insurance company, were no help. My car was totalled and I spent 2 DAYS in the hospital. The accident sent me into early labor, luckily the wonderful staff at the hospital was abel to stop my contractions and labor. IT WAS THE SCARIEST TIME OF MY LIFE. After about a month of dealing with the insurance companies, I was fed up. I decide to go with MORGAN & MORGAN, dispite all the negative everyone said, I figured, if I was going to hire an attorney I wanted the one with the largest firm. The more money an attorney has the more likey they can follow your case all the way to the end, and at that time I figured my case might go to trial, and I wanted an intimidating attorney. MORGAN & MORGAN sent out one of their investigatiors to my home, which was nice because I no longer had a vehicle, he was EXTREMELY caring and understanding. They then assigned me Tyler Everret as my attorney and his assistant Kathleen. They where WONDERFUL!!! They were soo pleasant, always returned phone calls promtly, and got me every dime I deserved. I will ALWAYS recommend them. At present day I have a healthy, happy son, and life is good. If there is ever any legallities in my future I know who to call, MORGAN & MORGAN!!!

I was a client of Morgan and Morgan for a year and they were slow and I had to help gather alot of information for the paralegal plus she constantly repeated questions weekly like she didnt keep a record of my answers. I was switched attorneys somehow without written or oral notice.Then the new attorney I recieved was hard to get ahold of and after I did it turned out that what he had told me he was doing was in fact not what he was doing. I caught him in 2 lies and have physical proof of those lies and he dropped me real fast. I still claim something was wrong somewhere to drop a client after a year. I preceeded and spoke with Mr Tim Morgan and his words were " They stand behind thier lawyers" so he didnt care to have a meeting and see my proof..they just let me go... So I learned the long way Morgan and Morgan are " NOT FOR THE PEOPLE" as they so love to commercial and claim. They waisted a year of my time and had no problems of shunning the innocent while they let one of their own trash a client.Also I learned from the Florida Bar the attorney I had already had one complaint on his record. It is a great place to check out the attorney before you sign on. Furthermore I only had 1 meeting with them in there office in a years time,so they werent very client friendly!!

I have been very pleased with the assistance from Morgan and Morgan. I was initially hesitant to contact an attorney since I was not sure my case would be appropriate. However, once I began to tread through the myriad issues I was facing with two insurance companies working together but on separate agendas, I knew I was going to have trouble getting through it without agreeing to something I did not intend to. One insurance company would ask me a general question about something and my response would be non-committal or “maybe I would do “X” if I had some more detail on my options” and then the other would call me and say “We see you agreed to such and such”. I figured I had to take the plunge and call Morgan and Morgan – the worst that could happen is they would have politely declined. I was surprised at how supportive and helpful both Miriam and Stephen turned out to be. They took care of everything and let me know exactly what I needed to know to move forward. It was a relief to have Morgan and Morgan on board. It was a very positive experience. I feel the matter has been handled professionally and courteously. I will certainly recommend Morgan and Morgan to anyone who asks, and if I am in need of an attorney in the future I will call Morgan first.

I fired them I was injuried on the job bad. alot of surgerys neck and back.so I hired them to represent Me for ssdi well let me tell you I had to have more surgerys. I called numerus times to have new med records for them. And they would never return my calls I did talk to someone there and told them about me calling that the guy over my case would never call me back. all she could say is he is new at this and she was so sorry. Well I hired a nother firm so glad I did. Well I won my case with the new firm. Morgan you should look in to this I even called his cell alot left alot of messages with not one call back!!!! Bad buisness my name.is michael w Gushlaw. I had to send them rec my self. That i had so what so what the hell is he wanting pay for they need fire him do not waste your time and money. I wish I would have check them out earlyer. iam a union member also no brotherhood here. talk about getting ki k when you are down.and.out thanks for the waste of money and time you should not get a dime if I could stop it I would not give you s--- any union.brothers out there boygot them!!!!!!!!! At least send me a free jar of lube. for it does not hurt I am hurt enough

My experience with Morgan and Morgan was nothing liked I expected. My first time ever pursuing a case I looked to them because of their commercials. They seem to be kind and caring and patient. But to my dismay." For the people", what people? I was treated poorly, ignored, and then I got the hatchet. They actually did not call me, or follow up with me regarding my case. Talk with paralegal once and never heard from her again. I called, emailed and no avail. All of a sudden a month later a strange person contacted me basically telling me that there is nothing they can do for me because I didnt follow up. Really? Not true. And when I called to talk to someone they did what was expected. Defended one another which made me feel unimportant, not worth pursuing, and embarrassed. They only care about cases thats big and important to them. As far as client services she was nasty professional where she tries and belittle people with her over professionalism (i guess) by basically telling you, "oh well, screw you, youre mad because we ignored you so get on. Thats what i got out of her popmus attitude. NEVER AGAIN WILL REFER OR CALL Morgan AND MORGAN FOR ANYTHING!

0 out of 10. This company spends too much money advertising on the TV to cast a net to unsuspected injury claimants. They are absolutely not professional and a very unsophisticated firm when it comes to cases that need more then box template paperwork. If you sustain any injury that is not car based - e.g. requires more then the status quo paperwork, avoid this firm like the plague. They have no specialists who know anything about medical terms. They do not do proper groundwork and lose you any case that requires medical experience. They make their money off the easy cases where settle out of court is standard with little groundwork. Anything that requires MEDICAL experts, they will lose your case as they are wholly not prepared compared to their opposition on who you are trying to sue. They will not spend money on medical experts on a case either. So if you have a SLIP and FALL injury, do NOT go to these jokers.

My attorney Michael Reese sent a letter to the Social security office telling them they would no longer represent my case for my upcoming hearing. I do not know when the hearing is scheduled nor did I receive any communications from Michael regarding why he was no longer representing the case. Every time I called the number, I received rude answers from call center reps who basically told me that ssd claims take 18 months. I called in march and was told it would be sometime next year before I hear from them....flash forward to 8/9/17 where I receive this letter. No explanations given. I pay over 600 month in medications for my little boy with ASD, ODD, ADHD and is on 8 different medications. Very upset. I would receive a letter once every few months. Shame on you. I was hoping I could get him his much needed meds to prevent him from possible expulsion from school.

From the very first day I talked with Jay about my case, until the day my case was settled, Jay made me feel like he truly cared about me as a person, not just a client. Jay stayed confident, in a case where I thought I had no chance to win. He always kept me up to date on everything ... he made sure I knew exactly what was happening thru-out the entire process. I never had to worry or question him about what was going on with my case. I used his "shoulder to cry on" many times, and he was always there for me ... he never let me feel like I was a bother, or wasting his time. I would like to know how you say you are for the people I am a person my family are people and when I reached out to your office for help with an issue with my landlord of mold and mildew being in the home, your office stated they could not help me. I explained how I had got a rash on my body how I had gotten sick and had to go to the ER from it. How my family has been displaced for over the past two-and-a-half, Three weeks I stated have called code enforcement and how nothing is being done the landlord refuses to fix the issue. I stated how we have to throw away just about everything that my family has built over the past years and yet and still your firm could not help me. So please explain to me how are you really for the people when we are people but you could not help us?

Posting for a friend who cannot. She think one star is way too much. This poor lady thinks that M&M is totally the "puppy mill" of legal representation for five long years of fake everything with these people. She waits and waits and waits in pain. They would have you believe that they are diligently working your case in three piece suits in a think tank of negotiation. ... but my friend thinks her lawyer is sitting in front of his computer in his underware scratching his coin purse with a seven day growth of beard. Never hears from him, and when she does its like speaking to a twelve year old. Smoke and mirrors thats what my friend is convinced is happening and she laments the day she ever got mixed up with them. I have nothing to gain at all as I post on her behalf .

I was in an accident last November and found the person involved was just not available. I spent a few days researching and getting a police report which was at best frustrating. I contacted Morgan & Morgan and they met with me and said "we will take care of everything and you should not worry". A quick meeting with the team and I was in the hands of consummate professionals who have facilitated all aspects of my claims and the positive results that have followed. It is easy to not appreciate the coordination of efforts with liabilities and medical issues and its associated legal ramifications. My representation at Morgan & Morgan and specifically Mr. Shaughessy and his team could not be more helpful and supportive.

Morgan and Morgan like things easy as easy as possible. We had a contract with them and they actually sold us out totally and did nothing to help us, we were set up to lose by R. Hayes and his assistant. They are the lawfirm that you do not want to go too, please listen. They did not even review summons and that is a basic step, one of the first steps in a lawsuit. They did nothing and we had two lawfirms involved, they made sure the other ones would not continue on with us as they sold our case out totally. We were lied to by them and have proof of that. They did this to a rape victim. Do not hire them and take your case out of Orlando if you can. We also received other clients papers in the mail.
