Chris Rosengren handled my workers compensation claim. I had a serious work injury and was unable to work. The adjuster for the insurance company paid my claim for awhile, but then denied it for no good reason.The insurance company was looking out for itself. I had no money coming in so I contacted Chris. He spent a lot of time explaining everything and put my fears at ease. He is a very experienced attorney and his paralegal used to work as an adjuster. They quickly requested a hearing and got my wage loss benefits paid. My employer could not bring me back to work, so I ended up getting a settlement. I would suggest calling Chris if you want to find out what your rights are.

After recieving back injury, I consulted with them, they took my case.They work very dilagantly, negotiating working for satisfactory resolution with insurance co.Were times when my patience wore thin, were there with answers and optomism. They held firm on what they thought was fair settlement, mission accomplished. Also a salute to paralegal Karen. Took many phone calls, answered many questions, handle issues with insurance adjuster. When I received a DWI, I instantly called Rosengren Kohlmeyer law office. I was set up with Mr. Hagen, who was friendly and reassured me that he would do his best to help me in this situation. Mr. Hagen was able to lower my sentencing to a Careless Driving. This while I thought I would have to go to a jury trial, however Mr. Hagen was able to get an amazing plea deal. I would recommend Mr. Hagen to anyone looking for a lawyer willing to work with you. Most of the negative reviews seem like more complaints that are related to the court system not the lawyers themselves.

I highly recommend this firm! Jason Kohlmeyer was my main attorney, but I did have Chris Rosengren at one of my hearings, and Tom Hagen also represented me during a phase of my legal process. They all 3 were very good, compassionate and non-judgemental. Which is what we all need at times like this. Did not prepare me for the situation when we actually went to court. Outcomes and explanations where given only in a room at the court not talked through at the office when we had time to prepare for what we wanted to do. Worked out a deal the day sentenced to gave us little time to choose what we wanted to do. Then sat outside court room when we could have been talking over situation. Thomas seemed irritated when we did not make a quick decision. Felt thrown under the bus afterward and should not have gone with them.
