A little of over a month ago our sprinkler system pump cracked and it created quite a bit of water damage in our basement. I reached out to Tom at Secky Insurance first thing the morning of the damage and he provided direction on how we should handle the situation. Tom had an adjuster there immediately and our basement was repaired within 3 weeks start to finish. My only contact was with Tom and he worked on our behalf to confirm we were treated fairly and in a timely manner. We really have been fortunate not to have any type of claim in the past and when the damage occurred we were extremely concerned. Our feeling is that Tom went above and beyond (more than we ever expected from an agent) to help us navigate through the process. thank you Tom and Secky insurance.
