I am completely shocked by some of the negative reviews. I have been with State Farm for 20 plus years and at one point did switch to another competitor but came back, and the reason I came back was because of John Costa. John has been my agent for 6 plus years now and I could never be happier. John and his entire office strives on customer service. Every call and every email is ALWAYS answered. They do their best to ensure your policy and rates are within your best I interest. I have referred my family and friends to John every chance I get. State Farm has the best coverage out there and John and his team truly represent State Farm accordingly. THANK YOU JOHN AND TEAM for ALWAYS having my best interest at heart. And be on the look out, just referred another person to you. Keep up the great work.

This property has the WORST customer service ever!!! I was in the process of getting my auto insurance with them, the only thing they needed from me was my signature and payment to finish the process. Then, I called 10 minutes before closing to let them know I was on my way and I got there literally at 5:59PM and they told me that WE ARE CLOSE come back other day! This been the WORST experience. They need to train their staff and improve their customer service because they have NONE!!!!! i am switching to a different auto insurance! BTW this happened on 05/12/16 at 5:59pm chavez and the girl need some good training------

HORRIBLE THE PRICE BASES IN IF YOU HAVE A BANK ACOUNT OR NOT IF THEY CAN TAKE THE MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT YO PAY A PRICE IF THEY CANT THEN THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A MONTH IN ADVANCE JUST BECAUSE YOU DONT WANT THEM TO TOUCH YOUR ACCOUNT WHICH THEY DONT EVEN LET U KNOW THAT THEY WILL TAKE THE MONEY THEY JUST TAKE IT WHICH RESULTS IN HORRIBLE OVERDRAFTS IN YOUR BANK SO CHECK GEICO BEFOR YOU GO TO THESE GUYS!!!!
